Le Relais Alcova del Doge est située à Mira, au coeur de la Riviera del Brenta, antique lied de villégiature de la noblesse vénitienne, à 15 km de Venise et à 20 km de Padoue. Ce petit palais du milieu du XIX° siècle qui a récemment fait l'objet d'une minutieuse restauration offre à ses hotes six chambres disposant chacune d'une personnalitè originale et suggestive, un salon chalereux et accueillant, un jardin enchanteur entourè de murs du XVII° siècle.

CHAMBRES
Les six chambres romantiques de l'Alcova del Doge reflètent le soin et la passion mis en oeuvre par vos hotes dans les choix des meubles et des tissus.
Les meubles ont été soigneusement choisis chez des brocanteurs et au cours de nombreaux marchés; dans chaque chambre ont été utilisées des couleurs différentes pour créer une atmosphère chaude et familière bien que disposant de tout le confort, de la télévision LCD au coffres forts, de l'aire conditionné et aux frigos-bars.
Chaque chambre offre une vue sur le domaine de la propriété, le luxuriant parc d'une ancienne villa ainsi que sur le relaxant et suggestif cours du fleuve Brenta, offrant ainsi à nos hotes une agréable sensation de paix et de relaxation.
EMPLACEMENT
La route nationale relie Venise, antique capitale de la Sérénissime à Padoue, ville d'antique tradition universitaire, longeant le cours du fleuve Brenta. Mira, se trouvant quant à elle au centre de la Riviera del Brenta à égale distance de Padoue et de Venise, s'affirme comme le point de départ idéal pour les nombreuses excursions qu'offre ce tris riche territoire.
On peut rejoindre Venise en autobus grace à la ligne Venise-Padoue, avec une correspondance toutes les 15 minutes, ou alors en train à partir de la gare de Mira-Mirano située à 2 km de l'Alcova del Doge.
Quant aux villas vénètes de la Riviera del Brenta qui valent à elles seules le déplacement, elles se trouvent toutes dans un rayon de dix km. Et nous vous suggèrons de les visiter au cours d'une agréable ballade un bicyclette ou au cours de l'une des nombreuseus excursions en bateau le long du fleuve.
A une heure de voiture du relais, vous pourrez visiter Vèrone, Vicence, le spectaculaire Delta du Po, les Dolomites, les plages de la Riviera Adriatique, les Thermes Euganéens et la Route du Prosecco.

By car
- From Milano, Roma, Bologna (A4,A13). Highway A4 exit Dolo-Mirano. At the round turn right on the 3rd exit (via Delle Cave then via Molinella) following the blue indications to Mira.Continue for about 4 km. At the end of the street turn left and in 50 m you'll see the "Alcova del Doge" on your left.
- From Tarvisio-Udine, Trieste, Belluno or Pordenone (A4,A23,A27,A28). Highway A4 exit Venezia Est. Take the "tangenziale"(by-pass), following the green indications A4 to Milano.Take the A4 to Milano and go out at Dolo-Mirano. At the round turn right on the 3rd exit (via Delle Cave then via Molinella) following the blue indications to Mira. Continue for about 4 km. At the end of the street turn left and in 50 m you'll see the "Alcova del Doge" on your left.
- From the Venice airport "Marco Polo". Follow the green indications A4 to Milano , take the highway A4 to Milano and go out at the exit Dolo-Mirano At the round turn right on the 3rd exit (via Delle Cave then via Molinella) following the blue indications to Mira.Continue for about 4 km. At the end of the street turn left and in 50 m you'll see the "Alcova del Doge" on your left.
- From Ravenna , SS 309 "Romea". Follow the blue indications to SR11 to Padova.In 10 km you'll reach the town of Mira.Get past the centre direction Dolo-Padova. The "Alcova del Doge" is at 300 m on the right.
By bus
ACTV buses leaving every 15-30 minutes from Venice (piazzale Roma), from Mestre (P.zza XXVII Ottobre), from Padua (bus station P.le Boschetti) and get off at the bus stop "Capitello Albrizzi" in Mira. The "Alcova del Doge" is at 150 m from the bus stop. The line Padova-Venezia is the 53E.
From the airport
- From Venice airport ‘Marco Polo’
If you rent a car at the airport follow the green indications A4 to Milano , take the highway A4 to Milano and go out at the exit Dolo-Mirano At the round turn right on the 3rd exit (via Delle Cave then via Molinella) following the blue indications to Mira.
Continue for about 4 km. At the end of the street turn left and in 50 m you'll see the "Alcova del Doge" on your left.
If you travel using the public transportation catch the "ATVO EXPRESS" bus to Mestre leaving every half an hour or the ACTV city bus n° 15 and get off at "Piazza XXVII Ottobre".
From here catch the ACTV bus n° 53E Venezia-Padova and get off at the bus stop "Capitello Albrizzi" in Mira. The "Alcova del Doge" is at 150 m from the bus stop.
- From Treviso Airport
If you use the public transportation catch the "ATVO EXPRESS" bus to Mestre connecting to your flight. Get off at "Piazza XXVII ottobre". From here catch the ACTV bus n° 53E Venezia-Padova and get off at the bus stop "Capitello Albrizzi" in Mira. The "Alcova del Doge" is at 150 m from the bus stop.
By train
From the railway station of Venezia- Mestre or Padova, catch a local train (Regionale) to the railway station of Dolo-Mirano. We'll be happy to organize for you a taxi service to the "Alcova del Doge", situated at 3 km from the station.
